I would also say it doesn’t have to have the tragedy narrative. There are many living with dementia who are You are active and do not want to be treated like they are discarded. There’s a great resource and org I am connected to -Reimagining Dementia. All kinds of folks involved, including those with dementia. Feel free to share.
